EASY RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We take customer satisfaction very seriously at SEH  and want you to have a product that is in every sense the perfect fit. We offer an easy return/exchange service for within 2 days of delivery.

360 degree unboxing video is a must for return and refund for defective products.

 

No Return or Exchange on the International Orders

*Please mention your order no and other details clearly on whichever medium you use.

After this we would initiate the reverse pick-up of the particular product. On receiving the product the exchange/refund will be initiated at no extra cost.

 We will not accept any returns if the following conditions are not met:

- The return period of 2 days has expired.

- The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition.


Refund will be given only upon quality check at our end , refund will not be provided if ,


- The product not returned in the same condition as it was sent.

 

- Products purchased in offers or using any coupons or purchased on sales will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

We are not offering refund on SALE items. But we are offering exchange or credit note for the same. 

 

If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, SEH will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.
